Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday; Welding Specialist - BWX Technologies, Inc.
- Barberton, OhioResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains all automatic welding equipment operational in production shops, assists Welding Engineer in performance of duties.
- Assist Welding Engineer in performance of duties and with development of new processes and procedures - Trains and assist welder/operators in production welding environment and evaluate production welds to applicable standards - Assist in daily technical maintenance and troubleshooting and assist with installation of new welding equipment - Maintain effective communication and work independently to support welding operations - Instructs hourly operators for acceptance and qualifications - Examines and evaluates production welds to applicable standards - Set up shop welds per Welding Engineer's direction and/or shop supervision - Ability to load welding parameters on programmable equipment and learn/assist in the setup of robotic welding equipment Job Qualifications / Requirements:
- High School graduate, or equivalent, formal welding technical education (Trade School for example) is a plus but not mandatory- 3 to 5 years of welding experience in a shop environment- Applicants should have a good understanding/working knowledge of manual, semi-automatic, and mechanized/automatic welding processes - Experience with robotic welding is a plus - Hand-on welding experience is desirable to aid in training of shop personnel - Ability to communicate effectvely and work independetly - Ability to work on a PC, using Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work well with various departments - Ability to follow detailed manufacturing plans and provide direction to shop personnel - Must be a U.
S.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
