Electronics Technician
Essential duties include:
Maintain PLC communication
Install and maintain electrical systems in foundry operations
Conduct heat treatment and ultrasound procedures.
Dedicate to the execution of preventive maintenance program.
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly at all times and respond to issues promptly to support the facility.
Facilitate safe and effective solutions and implement promptly to prevent interruptions to the continuous operation of the facility
Visualizing projects to determine materials required to complete task
Determine assembly and sequence of operations to complete a task
Analyze problems and recommend solutions to improve plant equipment and facilities
Diagnose, interrupt, access and correct problems in manufacturing processes
Make adjustments to equipment in the production process to ensure part quality and promote continuous improvement
Minimum Years of Experience is 5 years
Note:
Electrical Tech for this shop runs 24/7 and has a day shift and night shift. We are looking for candidates on both shifts. 7am-7pm working 2 days, off 2 days, on 3 days, off 3 days. Works every other weekendEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
